Using online meeting software we are able to work with you on your computer (or ours) in real time. This is a tremendous way to receive tech support. We are available for a variety of tasks from Adobe Photoshop training to website updates, Express Digital Darkroom training or even FTP server set up.

How it Works

Seeing is believing, and this is almost one of those things... we use a service called GoToMeeting which allows us to create a meeting online, and then invite you into it. Once you have joined the meeting with us, it is easy to view our monitor and take control of our computer, or, just as easy, for us to view your monitor and control your computer. It is safe, secure and very useful for training.
