Terms of Use
We provide downloads, both free and paid, for you to use subject to the following terms of use. All downloads are the property of ePhotoPros.com and are not to be redistributed or reposted for download either via the internet or storage device. Our downloadable content may only be used in the creation of a separate product, containing images, text or other embellishments so as to create a unique product.
Freeloader - Free downloads
Our free downloads are just that - free! generally they are 1500x1500px, and may be used by anyone for most any purpose, other than redistribution in their current or similar form.
Day Tripper - Membership for a Day (limited to 10 downloads)
Our Day Tripper memberships allow access to higher resolution downloads, and for some items actual PSD files. The Day Tripper membership allows access to any of these downloads but you may only download 10 unique items, and the membership/access ends in 24 hours. You may use these items for most anything where the items are used as part of a finished design generally including an image and or text. Day Tripper downloads are meant to be used in the creation of a product for a consumer or end user - such as greeting cards, calendars, mugs, etc. The finished design should be a customized design for a specific client. This is ideal for photographers or graphic designers who deal with the public. Does not cover items used for mass publication with a publication of 50,000 or more (see Reseller below). Also does not cover the making of designs to resell as ready to use designs.
Pro - Membership for a Year
Our Pro memberships allow access to high resolution downloads, and for some items actual PSD files. The Pro membership allows access to all of these downloads, and the membership/access ends in 365 days. You may use these items for most anything where the items are used as part of a finished design generally including an image and or text. Standard downloads are meant to be used in the creation of a product for a consumer or end user - such as greeting cards, calendars, mugs, etc. The finished design should be a customized design for a specific client. This is ideal for photographers or graphic designers who deal with the public. Does not cover items used for mass publication with a publication of 50,000 or more (see Reseller below). Also does not cover the making of designs to resell as ready to use designs.
Reseller Membership (Labs/Printers/Mass Publication)
Our Reseller membership allows access to high res downloads, and for some items actual PSD files. The one year Reseller membership allows access to all of these downloads, and the membership/access ends in 365 days. Reseller memberships allow usage of our downloads in the creation of templates and designs that can be used in the creation of a finished product for multiple different purposes. For example, a lab would need to become a reseller in order to use our downloads in the creation of templates for customers to use to order finished items. The reseller membership also allows for our downloads to be used in an item used for mass distribution, such as a magazine or book. Resellers may not post our downloads for distribution either via the internet or storage device - but they may use our items to create a unique item and distribute that as long as it is fundamentally different than any of our downloads.
Pro and Reseller Downloads - No Excessive Downloading
While the Pro and Reseller memberships allow full access to all of our downloads for a year, that is subject to the following: You may not download more than 10 Gigabyte of items per month. We recommend that you keep items that you download and check to see if you have a particular item before you re-download it again. You may use our download galleries to browse and download files as needed, as long as it does not exceed 10 Gigabyte per month.
10 GB of data is a lot to download in one month, and should never be a problem for normal use. Users who exceed the 10 Gigabyte limit will have their account closed and may be banned from further memberships.
Lifetime License Once Downloaded
Items downloaded while a member of any of our paid plans retain a lifetime license for use according to the terms of the membership under which they were downloaded. The lifetime license does not allow lifetime access to re-download the items - you must still have them downloaded and in your possession.
